Customer Review: extremely frustrating to use
I don’t know if this happened after they arrived and were used a few times, but this thing doesn’t respond properly to where your feet are positioned. I’m 100% sure it’s the pad and not the player because you can be standing PERFECTLY in the center while trying to choose a song and the thing is spinning like nobody’s business. During gameplay it doesn’t record valid steps. No one wants to play this game at my house anymore; it’s just not fun.

Customer Review: It just doesn’t work…
This rechargeable battery just doesn’t work. Even after charging for a day or more, it just doesn’t work well with the Balance Board. After firing up the Balance Board, it only works for a matter of minutes before conking out. Not sure if the battery doesn’t hold a charge, or if it just doesn’t connect properly with the board. Either way, it doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this battery.
